Incorporated in 2015, Unitas Capital started off as a business consulting and accounting software supplier. From 2019, we entered into an accelerated growth phase, we co-developed a Debt Collection Software with Pro Collections. This year 2020 witnessed tremendous change as Unitas Capital continued to re-invent and adapt to the market. In this year alone, Unitas Capital concluded partnerships with Retailman (the leading POS Vendor), QuickBooks (the global leader in accounting software with over 6-million users) and Modern Management (Pty) Ltd (leading Data Analytics solution provider in South Africa) allowing Unitas Capital to expand both horizontally by offering solutions targeted to the Small-to-Medium Enterprises and vertically by offeringartificial intelligence powered data analytics solutions to the Large Enterprises. In January 2020, Unitas Capital was appointed as an Integrator for Ezi Solutions Systems to supply and support their suite of softwares including Retailman POS and Ezi Accounting in Botswana. In April 2020, we also archivedanother milestone as we were appointed as a Business Partner for Intuit QuickBooks. Having established our brand in the business software space, we introduced Data Analytics in Botswana on the strength of South African based Modern
Management (Pty) Ltd as our strategic partner.
